Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our long-term pursuit and concern. Once your package has arrived, we encourage you to open and check to make sure that the items that we made meet your requirement. 

If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your item, please email us your concern and we will surely assist you at anytime.

If a return is agreed, customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. All returns must be returned using a tracked shipping serice, and the item must be complete, unused and in its original undamaged packaging.

If the packaging is incomplete, or damaged, we will deduct a restocking, and replacement packaging fee of $15 USD from the refund. 

All returns must be received within 30 days of the item being delivered.

If your package fails to reach you - and the tracking information states the package has not been delivered - we will make a full refund on day 50 after the date of dispatch notification. The maximum delivery time worldwide - although successful delivery is achieved in 97% of cases much sooner - is approximately 30 days. Occasionally airline cargo carriers, customs and holiday periods can have a negative impact on delivery times - and this is the reason why we only refund after 50 days. If this is the case please contact at the email address below when this time limit has expired. We will process the refund within 2 working days.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with your local post office. We do not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered.

We only refund orders that have proof that they were not received.

SALE ITEMS - All sales are final with any item that we have on sale at the time of purchase. Orders containing any sale items are being sent to our dispatch department automatically and we can no longer cancel your order.
